Is coffee stealing your glow?

Coffee makes me a good person. You seriously don’t want to know me without my morning cup!

But caffeine is a diuretic, which means it will make you pee more – so technically, it will make your body lose more water. So, too much (say, four cups of coffee a day) can dehydrate your skin. Hello dullness!

You can fight the dehydration by doing the most obvious thing ever – drinking a glass of water after your coffee! That way, you’ve put back the moisture your body is has lost.
