1. Dark chocolate

There’s always a caveat: Only dark chocolate with more than 70% cocoa will give you these benefits. And one piece a day is enough.
Coffee can literally “wake up” your skin – but not by drinking it. You gotta apply it!
Use ground coffee as a scrub to brighten your skin, boost blood flow and give your skin a nice and refreshed glow.
Caffeine in eye creams also helps depuff eyes and fade undereye circles. Woohoo!
3. Red wine
Red wine has a super powerful antioxidant called Resveratrol. This awesome ingredient can make your skin firmer and even reduce sun damage. Let’s drink to that!
There’s always a caveat: Stick to no more than a glass a day. Any more, and your skin will get dehydrated (that sucks!).
