1. Use coconut water as a toner. (And drink it too)!
Coconut water is ridiculously good for your skin.
When you apply it directly on to your skin, it:

- Makes your skin glow

- Delays fine lines and wrinkles

2. Use a face scrub every other day.
If you don’t exfoliate, you are just putting your skincare products on dead skin – a complete waste of time and money!!
To get clear radiant skin, you must remove all the dull, dead skin cells that build up on your skin. By gently scrubbing your face every alternate day, you’re making sure that your skin stays free of those dreadful cells that make skin dull and lifeless.
Tip: Remember to never overdo it. If you scrub too hard or too long, you’re hurting your skin. Your skin will become sensitive and more vulnerable to pollution and sun damage. So scrub gently and for no more than a minute.
3. Slap your moisturizer in. Literally!
A moisturizer is a MUST if you want glowing skin. But to get the best glow ever, there’s a little trick to applying your moisturizer.
Take a pea-size amount and warm it in the palm of your hands (by rubbing them together). Then slap your it on your face – at least 20 times!
It’s not hard slapping, but rather a firm, painless patting. If it hurts, you’re patting way too hard.

- It helps the nutrients in your products penetrate the deepest layers of your skin – making them more effective.
- It improves blood circulation and gives your skin a rosy glow.
- It massages and firms up your facial muscles – making you look years younger!
4. Lay down and put your feet up.
It just doesn’t get easier than this!
This is a trick used by celebrities before a walking down the red carpet.
What you’re doing is sending your blood rushing from your feet to your face – so your skin will get a brilliant glow in minutes.
But the effect only lasts for a few hours, so do it just before going out to make the most of your newfound glow.
Be careful: Do this pose for not more than 5 minutes. Anything more, is not good for you. It can also give you a head-rush. So get up slowly.
5. Steam your face.
If you’re running out of time and need an instant glow, just steam your face!
When you steam, you are giving your blood circulation a jolt. This gives you that nice healthy glow almost immediately. Steaming also opens up your pores, so your products absorb better and are more effective.
Tip: Follow the steam with your moisturiser to seal in that glow!
